Oil purifier is a filtering machine group using method of pressure filtration or vacuum evaporation-pressure filtration to remove solid impurities and water from polluted oil.
The key part of oil purifier is filter element which is made of filter frame and stainless steel wires. The stainless steel wires are wearing parts needing special protection. After the filter works for some time, some impurities subside in the filter. At this time, the pressure increases, the flow speed decreases and so the impurities in the filter need to be cleaned in time. When oil purifier cleans the impurities, we should pay special attention to the stainless steel wires to ensure they are not deformed or damaged. Otherwise, the media fineness after filtration will not meet design requirement when the filter is installed again, and meanwhile the compressor, pump, meter and other equipment will suffer damage. Some precision filter elements of vacuum oil purifier cannot be used repeatedly for many times such as pocket type filter and polypropylene filter. If the filter is found deformed or damaged, it should be changed immediately.
