Process Technology
According to oil’s viscosity grades, it adopts electrical heating or steam heating system to ensure the oil will not age during heating process due to excess temperature;
Automatic constant temperature heating system sets the heating temperature according to different oils to improve high efficiency and energy saving of heating.
It adopts binary one-time dehydration system (patent number: ZL201120508929.7) and removes the water from the oil rapidly and high efficiently.
It adopts replacement dehydration system. According to the density difference of oil and water, it rapidly and high efficiently sinks and separates the clear-sighted water from oil.
It adopts particle dehydration system. According to different closeness (humidity) of oil and water to special material, it makes the oil in coarse grain and continues to remove the clear-sighted water from oil.
It adopts demulsifying system. By fluid’s cutting action, it breaks the film stability of emulsified oil-water interface and makes water in oil (or oil in water) completely fractured, helping the water drops condense into larger drops and be easily removed from polluted oil.
It adopts three-dimensional flashing distillation system. According to the theories of water saturation temperature curve and vacuum drying, it makes the water and air evaporate instantly.
It adopts the atomization spray system, making the oil atomize instantly and be evenly sprayed in the vacuum separation chamber, and thus improving the work efficiency of three-dimensional flashing distillation system.
It adopts thin film evaporation system. By the oil thin film formed by spraying of atomization system, it makes the water saturation temperature curve move below, producing larger aeration area and increasing residence time of aeration, and thus removes the waster, gas and light ends from the oil.
It adopts VK system. Under the function of oil temperature and negative pressure, the structure of micro water molecule changes and transforms to ordinary water molecule, convenient for thin film evaporation and three-dimensional flashing distillation and ensuring the water in the oil is completely removed.
It adopts high-precision trapezoid filtering system (patent number: ZL201120508925.9). Through the improvement of filter precision stage by stage, the oil is fully filtered and the oil particle degree reaches the design requirement.
According to impurity condition in the oil, it adopts primary (magnetic) filtering nets and ensures solid impurities of large particles are removed efficiently before they go into the oil purifier.
The filter element adopts the stainless materials. It is easy to clean and can be used repeatedly.
It adopts strong exhaust air cooling technology and can make the hot steam exhausted from the vacuum separation system congeal rapidly into water drops which are stored in water tank and then drained off from the machine.
It adopts the tank level control system, automatically controls the vacuum degree, oil level and the fluid direction in oil pipelines and really realizes the ideal work condition of man-machine separation and online operation.
It adopts residual oil removal system (patent number: ZL201120509412.X): rapidly and thoroughly removes the residual oil from the oil purifier. The machine will have residual oil after the oil purifier finishes purification of the polluted oil. When it treats another type of oil, the oil may be polluted again. The physical and chemical properties of oils will lose when different brands, different grades and different oils are mixed together. It is inconvenient and time consuming to clean for traditional oil purifiers as it almost adopts manual discharge of oil; the new system is simple to operate and can automatically, rapidly and completely drain off the residual oil from the machine as long as the device of removing residual oil is started.
It adopts oil-filling system (patent number: ZL201120508940.3): pumps and adds oil to the oil tank at high lift and in far distance. Meanwhile, different oil-filling ways are optional such as adding directly without filtering, adding after filtering by filter and adding after filtering by filter paper.
It adopts over-pressure alarming protection: when the inner pressure of pipelines exceeds the normal range the equipment alarms automatically reminding users to check the microfiltration system, guarantees the system will not be damaged due to over pressure and ensures the whole machine is safe and the oil index reaches the standard.
It adopts automatic pressure release protection: when the oil level of vacuum tank exceeds the setting value, the equipment releases the air automatically to prevent oil leakage and avoid accidents.
It adopts automatic stop protection: when the inner pressure exceeds the normal pressure range and there is no automatic pressure release, the equipment can power off automatically to ensure the safety of oil and avoid accidents.
It adopts overload protection: when the oil delivery pump exceeds the maximum load, the equipment powers off automatically to prevent equipment damage due to overload.
It adopts dry burning-resistant protection: when the temperature of heater exceeds the setting temperature, the equipment automatically stops heating to prevent oil charring and heater damage.

Oil pump-motor and vacuum pump-motor are both installed on the public base plate, convenient for adjustment, dismounting and maintenance.
Two oriented wheels and two universal wheels are used on the base, easy to move and lifting eyes are equipped for simple installation and repair.
